security office / concierge
(Full time)
We are a modern office complex hosting around 25 small to mid-sized companies. We also offer a growing coworking space, rent out meeting rooms for 5 to 30 people, host events and happy hours on our patio and will soon open our very own restaurant for tenants and external guests. From long-term tenants to day pass users, from international visitors to local entrepreneurs—no two days are ever the same here!
We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive and service-minded Security Officer/Concierge to join us. Our current security team consists of two members, and we are seeking someone who not only ensures the safety and security of our premises but also takes initiative in helping out with various tasks.
These tasks include welcoming and assisting guests and tenants, preparing meeting rooms, setting up the patio for events like happy hours, and handling minor maintenance tasks, like replacing light bulbs and watering plants. Building a personal relationship with our tenants and coworkers is key to providing the high level of service we strive for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
• Assist with preparing meeting rooms and communal spaces for events.
• Help with small tasks, such as basic maintenance when needed.
• Foster a friendly, approachable environment and develop personal connections with tenants and coworkers.
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a similar role. (include reference contact details)
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
• Friendly, trustworthy, flexible, and proactive.
• A team player, dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Able to work according to a schedule (day-/night-/weekend shifts)

Interior Cleaner
(part time)
We are opening a restaurant and are expanding our team. This is why we are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and detail-oriented part-time Interior Cleaner to join us. Our cleaning team currently consists of three members, and we are seeking someone who not only ensures the cleanliness of our buildings but also takes initiative in supporting various day-to-day tasks.
In addition to cleaning duties, the role includes welcoming and assisting guests and tenants, preparing meeting rooms, setting up the patio for events, watering plants etc etc. Building a personal and professional relationship with our tenants and colleagues is essential to delivering the high level of service we strive for.
Key Responsibilities
Daily cleaning of office spaces, meeting rooms, the restaurant and in- and outdoor common areas
Cleaning and maintaining windows
Dusting furniture and surfaces
Waste collection and disposal
Preparing meeting rooms for our tenants
Ensuring all areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Requirements
A positive and energetic attitude and personality!
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
Ability to work evening or early morning shifts is a must
Comfortable using stairs without difficulty / Ability to perform light lifting
Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety standards
Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to communicate in & understand English or Dutch
